Spectra Studioz provides digital creative services including, but not limited to:

  • Website design
  • Branding
  • Digital media creation
  • Development services
  • Creative consultation

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree that you will not:

  • Use our services for illegal activities
  • Attempt to damage or interfere with our systems
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Copy or redistribute our work without permission

Intellectual Property

All original content created by Spectra Studioz, including designs, graphics, text, and branding, remains the property of Spectra Studioz unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership only of materials specifically transferred to them upon project completion.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for services must be made according to agreed project terms. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Completed work is non-refundable
  • Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances

Limitation of Liability

Spectra Studioz is not responsible for:

  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Third-party service failures
  • Indirect damages resulting from use of our services

Use of our services is at your own discretion.

Users of Spectra Studioz must not engage in harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior toward any individual associated with Spectra Studioz/DrLikarish, including staff, clients, community members, owner and anyone related to the owner. This includes conduct occurring through our services, online platforms, or related communications.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of services, and in serious cases, legal action may be considered where applicable under the law.
